Features:

Low shrinkage:

same low shrinkage as viscose rayon filament, the embroidery picture with which will not be out of shape after ironing, anti-distortion.

Low elongation:

Same low elongation as viscose filament, lower than common polyester filament

Low strength/intensity

Low strength/intensity same as viscose rayon filament, only half strength compared with common polyester filament. It could be use very easily on the traditional embroidery machine without scissor.

Low cost

Much cheaper than the viscose filament cost, only 50%-60% cost of the viscose rayon filament

Vivid color

The polyester modified filament is Triangle profile/trilobal, so it has more vivid color than common polyester filament.

Usage:

For produce the advanced embroidery thread, the specification of this polyester modified filament yarn is very similar as which of the viscose filament yarn, but only cost half cost of the viscose rayon filament yarn.

It could replace the viscose rayon filament for the embroidery thread producing with only around 60% cost of viscose raw material.
