Features:

Low shrinkage:

same low shrinkage; the embroidery picture will not be out of shape after iron, if you use this embroidery thread made from our filament

the filament has low shrinkage so it could be dyed directly without any reshape. (not as the common polyester filament, need to do pre-treatment before dying, and the during the pre-treatment process, very probably the non-uniform shrinkage will happen, then the embroidery thread made from common polyester filament will not as strong as the embroidery thread made from our filament, means, the common embroidery thread will be break when in very high speed sewing sometimes.)

Low elongation:

Same low elongation, lower than common polyester filament

Medium strength/intensity

Medium strength/intensity, and the embroidery thread made from this filament could stand in high speed sewing without breaking

Bright colored

The polyester modified filament use triangle abnormal cross-section, so it has more vivid color than common polyester filament.

Usage:

For produce the advanced embroidery thread, for high-end market such as Europe and U.S.
