HIGH PERFORMANCE NON-INVASIVE VENTILATION SOLUTION with ST-30H for HOSPITAL USE
Description
Non-invasive ventilation (NIV) is the delivery of oxygen
(ventilation support) via a face mask and therefore eliminating the
need of an endotracheal airway. NIV achieves comparative
physiological benefits to conventional mechanical ventilation by
reducing the work of breathing and improving gas exchange.
Non-invasive ventilation (NIV) refers to the provision of
ventilatory support through the patient's upper airway using a mask
or similar device.
Application
Better chance of survival: A meta-analysis suggested that NIV
improved survival in acute care settings – and that it is more
beneficial when applied earlier rather than as a rescue therapy.
Reduced risk of infection: The use of NIV instead of mechanical
ventilation is associated with a lower risk of nosocomial
infections. A study has shown significantly more infectious
complications related to the presence of the endotracheal tube.
Advantage
Max flow:210L/min
Maximum inspiratory pressure: 30cm H2O
Accurate oxygen concentration control, better oxygenation.
Oxygen concentration preset and automatic oxygen control can be
directly connected to hyperbaric oxygen (0.3~0.6MPa) with 21~100%
oxygen concentration preset. The combination of proportional valve
and flow monitoring offers automatic control of constant oxygen
concentration.
