HIGH PERFORMANCE HOSPITAL NON-INVASIVE VENTILATION SOLUTION with ST-30H
Description
Non-invasive ventilation (NIV) is ventilator support given to
patients without the use of an endotracheal tube. It results in the
potential complications of invasive mechanical ventilation being
avoided. It also helps to deliver cost-effective therapy with
decreased length of stay in the ICU and an improved chance of
survival.
Non-invasive ventilation (NIV) is the use of breathing support
administered through a face mask, nasal mask, or a helmet. Air,
usually with added oxygen, is given through the mask under positive
pressure; generally the amount of pressure is alternated depending
on whether someone is breathing in or out.
Application
Acute respiratory failure: Non-invasive mechanical ventilation has
been increasingly used to avoid or serve as an alternative to
intubation. Compared with medical therapy, and in some instances
with invasive mechanical ventilation, it improves survival and
reduces complications in selected patients with acute respiratory
failure.
Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is characterised by
acute onset respiratory failure, diffuse pulmonary opacities and
severe hypoxemia. The use of NIV can help to avoid such
complications such as a higher incidence of ventilator-associated
pneumonia and barotrauma.
Advantage
Max flow:210L/min
Maximum inspiratory pressure: 30cm H2O
Leakage compensation performance, the device offers 90 L/min maximum leakage compensation, it can also achieve a
preset target pressure to form a pressure platform to complete
accurate trigger and switch.
Accurate oxygen concentration control, better oxygenation. Oxygen
concentration preset and automatic oxygen control can be directly
connected to hyperbaric oxygen (0.3~0.6MPa) with 21~100% oxygen
concentration preset. The combination of proportional valve and
flow monitoring offers automatic control of constant oxygen
concentration.
