ST-160 is a new-type water-souble metal skimmed agent, especially for washing the polishing wax, with the super-emulsified oil dispersion and excellent dirt removal of solid-state power. Simple preparation, and suitable for cleaning and pre-plating of copper, aluminum, steel and of the alloys.

Performance and characteristic 

It can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly to remove metal residues on the surface of polishing wax, oils and fats, dirt without injury.

It can be widely used in metals, petrochemical, automotive, paper and other industries.

It has no volatilization, no decomposition, no combustion and high usage security.

It can be rinsed completely just by clean water without any other operations.

It is biodegradable and harmless to the environment, and has acquired ROHS certificate.  

Usage 

Dipping way: the concentration is 3%~20%. And the practical process depends on the extent to which the dirt adheres on the surface.

Note: (1) ST-160 is an alkalescent cleaner, so it should be kept away from eyes and skin.

      (2) The effluent can be dischanged directly after the normal filtering, environmental friendly.

      (3) ST-160 should be used by diluting with tap water. And it should be changed every 1~7 days.However, the practical application process Taccording toT customer-specific conditions .    

Package, storage and transportation 

Pack in a plastic barrel of net weight 30kg.

Store in cool and dry place and keep containers hermetical.

Make sure no leakage, no collapse, no falling and no damage during transportation.
