Abstract

ST-A5010 is an alkaline degreasing agent with intense infiltrating and dispersing ability. It can remove grease on the surface of aluminum, magnesium and their alloy effectively. It also can be used as the degreasing agent in the pretreatment process of electroplating, electrophoresis, resin spraying and print spraying. It can make metal bright at the same time.

Usage

Operating way: dipping, spraying, hand wiping, using by ultrasonic machine and etc.
Temperature: room temperature to 60°C
Concentration: 2 ~ 8% (wt), adding aqua pura or tab water to dilute
Time: 0.5 ~ 8min(actual usage time is according to their own requirement)

Post-processing method: being rinsed by aqua pura or tap water

Performance and Characteristic

Low foaming: it has a little foam, post-processing simply

High efficiency: it can be used at room temperature
Brightness: it can keep metals luster for some time after treatment

Low flammability: it is non-flammable and difficult to explode, using safely
Environmental: it does not contain heavy metals and phosphate. And it is biodegradable

Note on use

If being used continuously, effective concentration decreases. So the sugar content needs to be measured at fixed period. Then we should adjust its concentration in the technical range.

Package and Storage

It is packed in a plastic barrel of net weight 30kg.

It should be stored at cool and dry place. And it could not be rained.
