The main purpose of this integrated production line is to cater to the production needs of small-capacity powder filling for 2-30ml vials, such as penicillin bottles. The line comprises a vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, a tunnel-type hot air circulating sterilizing oven, dual-head powder screw filling machine, and LYZG series capping machine. The streamlined and aesthetically pleasing design of the production line requires minimal space and offers easy cleaning, making it suitable for pharmaceutical facilities. This integrated line can perform over twenty process steps seamlessly, including water rinsing, ultrasonic cleaning, flushing, air flushing, drying, sterilization, cooling, filling, capping, sealing, cap sorting, and cap rolling. The advanced design concept, rational structure, and stable performance of the line provide technical support for aseptic pharmaceutical production in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

The equipment operates stably with high intelligent linkage configuration. According to process requirements, the production capacity can be selected from 50 to 500 bottles per minute.
The ability to change molds based on process requirements allows for the production of different bottle sizes, with a simple and user-friendly mold replacement process. The human-machine interface allows for online display, printing, and storage of important data such as process parameters and operational status, enabling real-time monitoring of equipment operation with shutdown and alarm functions.
The bottle washing machine features ultrasonic pre-washing and utilizes a one-air-one-water cleaning method for the external surface, while employing a track-style three-air-three-water cleaning method for the internal surface, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of bottle washing.
