  • Product Overview

VHR 3914895LFP series lithium iron phosphate cores of Hengrui Technology adopt square shell

design, combined with the company's advanced automated production equipment and strict production

process, have the characteristics of high energy density, high security, long cycle life, and are suitable

for large energy storage systems, communication base stations, UPS, pure electric vehicles and other

application scenarios. It solves many problems existing in lithium iron phosphate batteries, such as

short battery life, poor consistency, poor safety, and inability to charge and discharge at high current.

 

  • Features and Benefits​

- Multi-measures in structure design to ensure battery cell’s safety, i.e. anti-explosion valve is applied,

over-temperature protection mechanism is provided, and circuit-breaker is provided to cut-off at

extreme conditions;

- High rate discharge performance,the discharge capacity of the cell, which is measured with

discharge current of 3C with 2.5V cut-off voltage ≥90% Rated Capacity.

- Good Large Pulse Discharge Current (Short Pulse) Performance, When the cell temperature is

less than 50℃: maximum discharge Current 5C of time is 5s;

- Low self-discharge performance,Voltage difference after corresponding days rest at 25℃± 2℃,

the Capacity ≥95% Rated Capacity

  • Caution

          -When the cell is not charged after long exposure to the charger, discontinue charging.

          -Please check the positive (+) and negative (-) direction before packing.

          -When a lead plate or wire is connected to the cell for packing, check out insulation not to make

            short-circuit.

          -Battery cell must be stored separately.

          -Battery cell must be stored in a dry area with low temperature (≤25°C) environment for long-term

           storage.

          -Do not expose the battery cell in direct sunlight or heat.

          -Do not use the battery cell in high static energy environment where the protection device can be

            damaged.

          -When rust or smell is detected on first use, please return the product to the seller immediately.

          -Keep the battery cell out of reach of children and pets.

          -When battery cell life span shortens after long period of usage, please exchange to new cell.

          -No metal objects (rings, watches, and other metal accessories, etc.) can be worn during the

            handling of battery cells.

          -“First-in, First-out” rule shall be followed during the packing process.

          -Charge time should not be longer than specified in the manual.

          -Do not expose the battery cell out of the temperature range specified in the specification.
