  • Product Overview

           VHR 3914895LFP series lithium iron phosphate cores of Hengrui Technology adopt square shell

           design, combined with the company's advanced automated production equipment and strict

           production process, have the characteristics of high energy density, high security, long cycle life,

           and are suitable for large energy storage systems, communication base stations, UPS, pure electric 

           vehicles and other application scenarios. It solves many problems existing in lithium iron phosphate

           batteries, such as short battery life, poor consistency, poor safety, and inability to charge and

           discharge at high current

  • Features and Benefits​

           - Good high temperature performance, The cells are fully charged with standard charging condition and

             put into incubator with nature air or cycled air connected, heat battery by velocity of 5°C ±2°C/min to

             130°C±2°C and maintain for 30mins. Observe the phenomenon for 1h. No fire; no explosion

           - Long cycle life, 4600 cycles at 100%DOD @25

           - High current charging and discharging, support 1C or 2C continuous charging and discharging, reduce

            charging and discharging time

           - High energy density, the product adopts the unique patented technology. The energy density of the

           product reaches 160Wh/Kg, which reduces the volume of the product under the same capacity

              Cell Temperature shall be measured on the middle of front/back sides of the battery cell, and the battery cell shall be cooled down by natural

              ventilation at a temperature stable location. Calibrated and time data recordable temperature sensor shall be used for cell temperature

              measurement. At the given conditions, temperature rise means temperature after discharge minus temperature before discharge

  2. The cell shall be charged in accordance with the standard charging method. The cell shall be stored in the temperature of 25℃±2℃ for 30 days. Discharge at the constant current of 1/3C down to 2.5V.
