1. General introduction
WNS series gas/oil fired steam boiler is horizontal three pass fire tube wet back full automatic steam boiler. It normally suitable for 500kg to 20ton/h capacity, use all kinds of gas and oil fuels,such as natural gas, lpg,lng,cng,city gas,biogas, diesel oil,heavy oil.
1. Automatic fuel (oil) steam boiler using a horizontal wet back
combustion full, efficient threaded pipe with sound insulation
outsourcing design, thermal efficiency up to 95%, the product
design, rational structure, good process performance, so that the
products with extraordinary excellent quality.
2. Adopting the latest technology, it is designed with a combustion
chamber with large volume. It is equipped with a world-known
burner, making the combustion more sufficient and ensuring higher
efficiency and lower failure rate.
3. It adopts advanced corrugated furnace pipe structure, increasing
the heat surface area, and satisfying free expansion of the furnace
pipe after heating.
4. It uses a spirally corrugated tube, strengthening heat transfer
and eliminating welding stress.
5. It adopts wet back structure with high reliability and low
maintenance cost.
6. It has protective functions of overtemperature, overpressure,
water shortage, leakage detection and flameout, ensuring safe and
reliable operation.
