Attention:


 

1.Proper cooling fan operation: It is essential for the cooling fan of the charger to function correctly while charging the battery. The fan helps dissipate heat generated during the charging process, preventing overheating and ensuring safe operation.

2.Prohibited modes for lithium battery charging: When charging a lithium battery, it is important to avoid using other charging modes meant for different battery types. Charging a lithium battery with different voltage values can damage the battery. Specifically, for a 12V lithium battery, the full charge voltage should be around 12.6V±0.2V. For a 24V lithium battery, the full charge voltage should be around 25.2V±0.2V.

3.Voltage identification display range: The charger has a voltage identification display range to indicate the voltage of the battery being charged. For the 12V mode, the charger can identify and display voltages within the range of 10V-15V. In the 24V mode, the charger can identify and display voltages within the range of 20V-29V.

4.Manual monitoring for certain batteries: The first charge of a leakage battery and batteries below 20AH should be manually monitored. During this initial charge, it is important to check the battery's appearance and the battery liquid to ensure there are no signs of overcharging or deformation of the battery drum. 1. It is strictly prohibited to use in damp,high temperature,flammable,explosive objects gas environments.

2. It is strictly prohibited to use this machine in a state where the cooling air hole of the machine is blocked or the fan is damaged and stopped.

3. It is strictly prohibited to charge scrapped,non lead-acid batteries,or batteries without voltage! Do not charge non chargeable batteries! Do not approach open flames while charging! There is high voltage inside the machine and unauthorized disassembly is strictly prohibited.

4. For indoor use, beware of rain. During the charging process,someone must take care of the charger, and it is strictly prohibited to cover it. It must be placed in a well ventilated area for use. It is strictly prohibited to charged in or on a vehicle,and be cautious of flames,sparks,and explosive gases to avoid causing a fire.

Q: Why is the current getting smaller and smaller?The current is not 30A.

A: Charging principle: pulse. Pulse can protect the battery and prolong its service life.

The difference is that the pulse charger can keep the charging process dynamic, balance the charging and discharging process, reduce the water loss during the charging process, and prevent the problem of sulfation, so that the battery capacity can be restored and the battery life will be increased.

Pulse is not a constant voltage and current. It will match the charging voltage and current according to the battery status. The charging current will become smaller and smaller as the battery power increases.

The pulse is designed to better protect the battery from being injured due to overcharge.

Not all batteries can reach the peak current. If the battery capacity is large and the power loss is severe, the current will be higher.

 

Q: Are 12V/24V and lithium battery automatically compatible?

A: 1. Manual selection is required; 2. 12V/24V self-defined identification, lead-acid battery, water battery, dry battery. 3. Lithium battery: 12V, lithium iron phosphate battery cannot be charged (it depends on whether the charger supports 12.6V lithium battery)
