(1) CaO

(5) MgO

Application

Premelted calcium aluminate refining slag has different uses and different methods of use:

1. When deoxidation is the main method, directly add the bottom of the bag before tapping; the amount of addition is determined by the carbon content of the molten steel in the end point, generally according to 4-6kg/1000kg steel; add 1/4 before tapping, then add manganese conventionally Iron, ferrosilicon, aluminum; after the tapping, the carbon structural steel is conventionally added with manganese and ferrosilicon, without adding other alloys, aluminum feeding line, the molten steel in the package only needs to be refined by blowing argon; using this product to deoxidize, carbon enhancer (silicon carbide ) The dosage can be reduced by 30-50%

2. When desulfurization is the main method, the amount of pre-adding the bottom of the package is indeed 1/3, but it must be added to the impact position of the steel flow of the bottom of the package; as the molten steel flows out, add 2/3 of the amount; the amount of 6-8kg/1000kg of steel , Depending on the original sulfur content of the molten steel and the use effect.
