Fume Extraction System
LB-CY dust collector is especially designed for dust collecting in heavy duty conditions. It is of small size, high efficiency, utility, obvious effect for energy-saving, easy to maintain and other advantages. It is used widely in mechanic industry, casting, welding, construction material, light industry, metallurgy, chemical industry and etc.
You can put the machine inside or outside the workshop and then connect with the duct piping for fume capture in each working position.

LB-PC Multiple Cartridge Dust Collector, Stationary type with high efficiency
LB-PC multi-cartridge dust removal equipment is a kind of efficient and energy conservation equipment, which is modularized and systematic produced combining with advanced technology power accoording to our conclusion of design and practical experience . It is widely used for dust purification in mechanical processing, chemical, construction, materials, pharmaceutical, electronics, wood processing industry, etc.
Facility principle:
Dust-laden air goes into dust collector from the top or the side import, the dust is "closured" by cartridge appearance and gathers together. The purified air is discharged out from the cartridge center, which achieve the purification purpose. In order to clean the cartridge, making use of compressed air (0.6-0.7Mpa) to produce a strong air current, which release into the cartridge center through the electromagnetic valve, and oscillate and blow down the dust accumulated on the external surface of cartridge as the vibration waves. The dust fall down in the ash bucket in the following. In order to ensure the cartridge works normally and continuously, dynamic change dust, the PLC control system blow conversely.
Features:

• high efficiency of cleaning; Purification rate is more than 99% on the particles bigger than sub-micron.
• using imported cartridge of the United States as main part with a long service life;
• reasonable structure, easy for maintenance, low-cost; convenient for cartridge replacement without any tools;
• Energy-saving, running resistance is 500-800pa, initial resistance is 200pa,and the maximum resistance is 1500pa.( according to the air pressure of fan)
• inported PLC control adjustable pulse blowing conversely,
equipped with import pressure indicator;
• Series horizontal cartridge, a single seal to ensure the safety
of equipment operation and easy for maintenance;
• flexible box composite element can be installed to meet different site conditions;
• a variety of cartridge material can be choiced for users, including high temperature resistant, anti-moisture, flame retardant and so on.
