Decanter Centrifuge Applies in Municipal Sewage Treatment

The excess sludge from the sludge storage tank (primary and secondary sedimentation) is pulverized by a sludge cutter to smash the glass, the braid and the like. The sludge pump sends the sludge (concentration 0.5~4%, higher) into the centrifuge, and the automatic flocculant dosing device for continuous batching is added to the mud pipeline through the dosing pump (concentration 1 ~ 3 ‰) flocculant solution, and flocculation in the vicinity of the feed tube, into a floc into the centrifuge. The dehydrated mud cake is discharged from the rotating drum by a screw conveyor, and the mud cake is discharged to the outside through a screw conveyor.

 

The dehydration system is widely used in oxidation ditch, AB, A/O, A2/O, SBR, MBR and other processes as well as urban domestic sewage, municipal sewage, landfill leachate, urban tap water, purified water and some industries required by traditional sewage treatment processes.

For water purification plants and sewage treatment plants, high-performance centrifuges for water treatment are an ideal solution. They are highly adaptable to sludge and have greater processing capacity at low concentrations (SS 0.5), it is not necessary to equip the concentrator, and the dehydration function can be realized, which satisfies the requirements of the process for integration of concentration and dehydration. The unique centrifuge structure, advanced control system, and standardized design of ZK separation decanter centrifuge take into account the user's later operating costs (pharmaceutical consumption, power loss, and routine maintenance of the equipment, etc.).

With the XBSY/WP decanter centrifuges, two liquids with different specific gravities can be individually separated from solids.

 

Solid-liquids are separated in the liquid phase zone and are decanted and discharged from the Solid bowl  to prevent cross contamination. There is generally  is discharged under pressure and which by big gravity . The adjustment during the operation of the centrifuge ensures maximum purity of both liquid phases, thus often removing the additional downstream separation machine.

The impurities such as glass and braids in the biochemical sludge from the sludge tank is pulverized and removed. The sludge pump sends the sludge (concentration 0.5~4% or higher) into the centrifuge, and the fully automatic flocculant dosing device adds continuously PAM flocculant solution (concentration 1~3‰) into the feed pipe through the dosing pump for flocculation in the feed pipe and in the vicinity to produce flocculus to be sent into the centrifuge. The dehydrated mud cake is discharged from the drum by a centrifuge, and transported to the outside through the screw conveyor.
