The LNK-1100 is a card-type media converter that supports adaptive
10/100Mbps speeds. It utilizes switching technology to efficiently
convert media and is compliant with IEEE802.3 and IEEE802.3u
standards. This converter is capable of connecting two types of
media network: 10Base-T/100Base-TX and 100Base-FX. By converting
electrical signals from 10Base-T/100Base-TX twisted pairs to
optical signals of 100Base-FX, it extends the network's
transmission distance from 100m through copper cable to an
impressive 120 km via fiber optic cables.
Not only does the LNK-1100 support multi-mode dual fiber
transmission, but it also has the ability to transmit in single
mode dual fiber and single mode single fiber. This makes it a
versatile option for various network setups and expansions.
The 10Base-T/100Base-TX to 100Base-FX media converter allows for
easy and flexible connectivity between Ethernet networks and fiber
optic networks. With its SFP slot, this 10/100M media converter
offers adaptability and versatility for network installations.
Not only does it support both full-duplex and half-duplex modes,
but it also has the ability to auto-sense the appropriate mode.
This feature simplifies the setup process and ensures seamless

Additionally, the converter supports auto-sense of MDI/MDI-X,
eliminating the need for manual configuration and making system
commissioning and installation more efficient.
The media converter also has the capability to transmit extra-long
VLAN packets, making it ideal for handling large amounts of data

Furthermore, the converter supports Quality of Service (QoS),
providing prioritization for important data such as VoIP packets.
