Product description:

Feed pellet production line is a complete set of machines that are specifically used to make feed pellets. The key machines like hammer mill, feed mixer and feed pellet machine are patented product through 10 years research and development combined with advanced technology by Zhengzhou Shenghong Heavy Industry Machinery Manufacture Co.,Ltd. The capacity can range from 1 tons per hour to 30 tons per hour. The feed pellet plant generally including the following process: raw materials crushing process, mixing process, pellet making process, pellet cooling process, sifting process and so on.Each process includes different kinds of machines. All these machines form a whole set which guarantee the automatic production of feed pellets in large quantity and high quality for livestock, poultry and such animals as pig, cow, sheep etc.

Features:

1. The feed pellet mill is equipped with stainless steel feeder and Denmark original imported Danfoss inverter contorl to guarantee accurate and reliable material feeding.

2. It adopts fully stainless steel conditioner and large open access door for convenient maintenance. Inside the conditioner, there are Food Grade 304 Stainless Steel paddles and paddle shaft, which can guarantee the safety of livestock and poultry feed pellets.

3. There are single-conditioner feed pellet mill and double-conditioner feed pellet mill. Single conditioner type is usually for making poultry feed pellets, while double-conditioner type can make better pellets (but the price is also higher).

4. Stainless steel feeding pipe, door cover and scaleboard, which are beautiful and anti-corrosion.

5. Ring die feed pellet mills adopt dual-motor V-belt drive system to achieve ideal transmission ratio, high driving torque, steady transimmison, main shaft long service life, brief structure, easy maintenance and low maintenance cost.

6. The support sleeve of main shaft and main case is lined with brass bush to prevent occlusion and is easy to dissassembly.

7. Ring die feed pellet mill adopts automatic grease adding system.
