The medium capacity animal feed pellet production line here refers to the 1-15TPH Feed Pellet Line. It is usually built for small or medium scale animal feed production factories. The medium feed pellet line can process feed pellets for poultry, livestock and also fish (aquatic feed). Process of animal feed production machine:

1. Cleaning and Crushing system;The raw materials always mixed with some kinds of impurities, and they will affect the quality of the final pellets and bring damage to the machines. So we have to remove them before sending to the hammer mill. The cleaning machines including the pre-cleaner and the permanent magnetic sleeve.for the crushing machine can use water drop hammer mill, which is high efficience milling different kind of grains.

2. Feed Mixer:

HJJ series of horizontal ribbon mixer is suitable for concentrated feed, the full price of powdered feed mixing.

3. Feed Pellet Machine :

SZLH series Ring Mould Pellet Mill is the main machine of making granular fodder, it can be used to make various roughage and refined fodder in livestock farm and feed mill, and also used for checmical industry, fertilizer industry and sugar industry.

4. Counter Flow Cooler & Screen

5. Packing Machine:

The adaptive software, having the function of automatic control parameters setting, automatic drop revising, over-weight warning and auto-diagnosis.

Wide packing range, it can match well with conveyor and sewing machine

Adopt imported sensor, pneumatic actuator, easy maintenance and non-pollution.

The main materials body is carbon steel, with painted plastic. And material contact part is stainless iron, corrosion resistance, long service life
