SCB Dry Type power transformer
The reel core fully sealed distribution transformer is a new
generation of low noise and low loss transformer developed in
recent years. Its iron core has no joint, greatly reduces the
no-load loss and no-load current, reduces the no-load current by
60%~80%, the high and low coils are continuously coiled on the core
column, the winding is tight, the concentricity is good, and the
product is enhanced more. Anti-theft performance. The noise
decreased by more than 10 decibels. The temperature rise is low
16-20K. Because of the continuous winding of iron core (cross
section is pure circle), the orientation loss of silicon steel
sheet is fully utilized, and the no-load loss is reduced by
20%~30%.
The low voltage winding with capacity in the 630~2500kVA enclosure is made of cylinder or spiral structure with high mechanical strength and balanced ampere distribution. The product has good short circuit resistance.
The positioning structure is added to the body so that it does not
produce displacement during the transportation process, and all
fasteners are equipped with fastener nuts to ensure that the
fasteners are not loose during the long run of the product and meet
the requirements of the non core lifting.
The product surface is painted, primed and topcoat after
degreasing, rust removing and phosphating. It can meet the special
requirements of metallurgy, petrochemical system and wet dirty
area.This series of products has beautiful appearance, small size,

7.Low voltage winding is made of whole copper foil, together with
turn insulation of Class F, on special low voltage foil winding
machine. Foil coil can solve the problems of low voltage,
short-circuit stress of high current coil winding products is high,
ampere-turn imbalance, poor heat dissipation effect, spiral angle
of winding, unstable quality of manual welding and so on. At the
same time, the winding end of our company is sealed with resin,
solidified, moisture-proof and anti-fouling. Lead copper bars are
welded automatically by argon arc welding.
8.The transformer adopts BWDK series signal thermometer. The temperature measuring element is embedded in the upper part of the low-voltage coil. It can automatically detect and display the working temperature of the phase coil, and has the functions of over-temperature alarm and trip.

Low loss:the product no-load loss is 20% lower than the Sc (B) 11 type
product with an excellent energysaving effect, economic efficient operation and
without maintenance.
Low noise:the product noise level is 10-15 db lower than the existing
professional standard JB/T10088- 2004Sound Level of 6- -220KV Transformer
Low partial discharge:resin mixture adopts foreign leading-edge mixing method and film
type vacuumdeaerator to evenly mix the mixture and remove the bubble in
the bottom part of mixture.
The product low partial discharge which can be controlled at 5PC. Both high voltage and low voltage coils can bepoured in vacuum pressure so as to enable a encapsulating of resin insulation and immersion amonglayers and inter-tums. The poured part has a compact solidity staicture with anti-flaming, anti explosionand environmental protection features. Glass fiber and other raw materials of winding coil have self- extinguishing property and will not producearc due to short circuit. Resin will not produce harmful gas under high temperature.
