Application:
PVC pipe extrusion line is mainly used in the manufacturing of plastic PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness used in the industries such as agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc.
Main characteristic:
1) The extruder and the haul off unit have applied the imported AC frequency control device, the unique screw design ensures the high efficiency extrusion of PVC material, flexible plasticizing, and high output

3) Die: innovative spiral flowing structure avoids fuse mark appearance on the bigger pipe, profile of ideal dwell time is full of the whole flow cross-section. Homogeneous melt distribution with selective temperature control guarantees outstanding product characteristics for PVC materials
4) The vacuum pump and driving motor have applied excellent products. Vacuum tank is with visible stainless steel structure, two vacuum systems for large diameter pipe. With accurate water level &water temperature automatic control system, stable recycle liquid filter system.
5) The drawing machine includes two-claw type, three-claw type, four-claw type, six-claw type, eight-claw type etc.
6) Saw blade cutting type and the planet cutting type can be applied, it’s additionally applied with length measuring meter and thickness increasing device, the property of machine group is reliable, the production efficiency is high.
7) With special device, it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe, and core layer foam pipe…etc. It can also produce PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX silicon core pipe and pipe of other material.
8) The planetary cutting machine is fully automatic computer digital control; It has such advantages of simple operation, reliable property, etc. It has reached world advance level.
