stamping material.
The heavy material rack is a vertical discharging device. The coil

are bound to be limited. In many cases, the standard material rack

diameter, outer diameter and load capacity.

material thickness, a press arm is required to prevent the material
from being affected by the unwinding of the material.
2. Find out the space of the factory and the situation of the
follow-up machine. The heavy-duty material frame has two kinds of
power and power. The unpowered heavy-duty material itself has no
power and is unwinded by the subsequent machine pulling. The
waiting area is relatively short, but there is loss to the
subsequent machine motor.
3. Comprehensive considerations determine whether heavy-duty
material racks need to be equipped with optional inverters, oil
pressure expansion, pressure arm, photoelectric sensing device, and
loading trolley.
The photoelectric sensing device is used for replacing the contact
type sensing rod for the material frame to unwind the
non-conductive material, and when the material surface is coated
with the film material, the material frame is controlled to start
and stop; the loading trolley is used for automatic feeding of the
coil material.
