From the technical requirements:
(1) The type of NC feeder is selected by the thickness of the
material. At present, the NC feeders produced in China are divided
into thin plates 0-2.2mm, medium plates 0-3.2mm, and thick plates
0-4.5mm according to the thickness of the material. Kind, the
thicker the thickness can be achieved, the higher the price.
(2) Select mechanical relaxation and pneumatic relaxation according to the speed and the matching equipment.
(3) Brand and power of servo motor and PLC: The stability and accuracy of NC feeder are not only the machining and assembly quality of the machine itself, but also depend on the servo motor and PLC used by the machine.
(4) End detection: NC feeder is mainly used for continuous stamping production. When feeding to the last material less than one step, if the NC feeder is still feeding automatically, it will easily cause mold damage.
The end detection is when the material is insufficient. Control the feeder to stop automatically.
(5) Selection of man-machine interface: NC feeder has button type, 3.2 inch touch screen type, 7 inch touch screen type, and there are many brands of touch screen. The mainstream is Taiwan Weilun and Japan Mitsubishi, customers can choose according to their own needs.
