Performance characteristics of the yaw NC feeder:
1. Two-way alternating feeding, high output, maximizing material saving.
The yaw NC feeder can be moved several times according to the diameter of the wafer blank to ensure round and cross-cutting, maximizing the utilization of materials.
If the size of the blank is not equal, the arrangement angle can be automatically calculated to ensure maximum material saving.
2. high-precision feeding, improve the precision of wafer cutting.
A set of Mitsubishi PLC is used to control the electronic control system of two sets of Yaskawa servo motors. One servo motor system is connected with the feed roller by the synchronous pulley to achieve precise control of the feed roller.
Another set of servo motor system is connected with Taiwan's Shangyin precision roller screw (standard equipped with Ruihui yaw NC feeder) with synchronous pulley to complete precise left and right movement.
In the continuous stamping process, the minimum distance between the sides and the side can be set within 0.5mm, and the feeding error of the yaw feeder can be controlled within ±0.08MM to meet the increasingly high processing requirements.

When the Ruihui yaw NC feeder is used, the control system of the NC feeder automatically calculates the movement and feeding after inputting the width of the material, the diameter of the required blank, and the feeding step on the 7-inch Weilun touch screen. distance.
