Product Description:

The A0E series controller adopts a dual-microprocessor architecture and works under a maximum operating frequency of 100MHz, which ensures its excellent performance of the on-vehicle traction controlling of IPM & ACIM motors as well as best reliability and safety up to the latest international standards.
And thanks to its extremely good compatibility, A0E is compatible with majority types of motors and encoders available on the market. It aims to meet the requirements of the vast variety of application scenarios as well as the specific needs of different customers.

 

Features:

  1. Diverse models available with 200A/250A/320A output under voltages 24V/36V/48V.
  2. Designed under EN 13849-1:2015 standard and certified.
  3. Supports both Serial and CAN communication.
  4. Supports rich kinds of peripheral connections:
  • Seven small power outputs with maximum current up to 3A;
  • Two throttle inputs;
  • Eight digital inputs;
  • One 0-10V analog voltage output;
  • One isolated pulse output.
  1. Supports various encoder types optionally:
  • A/B incremental encoder;
  • A/B/I absolute encoder;
  • Sin/cos encode;
  • Rotary Variable Differential Transformer.
  1. Supports FOC control of ACIM/IPM(PMSM)/BLDC motors.
  2. Supports ACIM motor parameter recognition and IPMSM/BLDCM motor position encoder zero calibration.
  3. Supports three-loop control of position, speed (including speed loop control for pumps), and torque.
  4. The unique variable load condition speed robust control and low-speed smoothing control technology provide customers with excellent vehicle control experiences.

  1. The dual-processor architecture based on functional safety standards can assure the highest possible level of functional safety performance.
  2. Fail-safe power supply component by using isolated transformer.
  3. Over-voltage cutback, thermal cutback, short-circuit protection and other safety features ensure the safety of controller outputs.
  4. Rugged sealed housing and connectors meet IP65 environmental sealing standards for use in harsh environments.
