The A0E series controller features a dual-microprocessor design, operating at a peak frequency of 100MHz, delivering outstanding traction control performance for IPM & ACIM motors, ensuring top-tier reliability and safety according to international standards.
With its superior compatibility, the A0E seamlessly integrates with most motor and encoder types on the market, designed to fulfill the diverse requirements and specific demands of various customer applications.

 

Features:

  1. Available in multiple configurations, offering outputs of 200A, 250A, at voltages of 24V.
  2. Constructed to meet the EN 13849-1:2015 standard, with certification.
  3. Facilitates communication via Serial and CAN protocols.
  4. Extensive peripheral connectivity options include:
  • Seven small power outputs capable of delivering up to 3A each;
  • Dual throttle inputs;
  • Eight digital inputs and a single 0-10V analog voltage output;
  • Isolated pulse output for enhanced control.
  1. Comprehensive support for various optional encoder types:
  • Incorporates A/B incremental and A/B/I absolute encoders;
  • Includes Sin/cos and Rotary Variable Differential Transformer encoders;
  1. Enables FOC control for ACIM, IPM (PMSM), and BLDC motors.
  2. Automatically recognizes ACIM motor parameters and calibrates zero position for IPMSM/BLDCM motors.
  3. Employs advanced triple-loop control for managing position, speed (including specific controls for pumps), and torque.
  4. Advanced technologies for variable load condition speed robust control and low-speed smoothing significantly enhance the vehicle control experience.

  1. The dual-processor architecture based on functional safety standards can assure the highest possible level of functional safety performance.
  2. Fail-safe power supply component by using isolated transformer.
  3. Over-voltage cutback, thermal cutback, short-circuit protection and other safety features ensure the safety of controller outputs.
