The disc dryer consists of two to four intermeshing blade shafts, a
W-shaped shell with a jacket, a machine base and a transmission
part. The entire drying process of materials is carried out in a
closed state, and organic volatile gases and odorous gases are
eliminated. Send it to the exhaust gas treatment device in a closed
atmosphere to avoid environmental pollution.
The dryer uses steam, hot water or thermal oil as the heating
medium, and the shaft end is equipped with a rotary joint for the
introduction and export of the heat medium. The heating medium is
divided into two paths, and enters the jacket of the dryer shell
and the inner cavity of the paddle shaft respectively. The body and
the paddle shaft are heated at the same time, and the materials are
heated and dried by conductive heating. The dried materials are
quantitatively and continuously fed into the feeding port of the
dryer by the screw feeder. The materials enter the back of the
dryer and are turned and stirred by the rotation of the blades. The
heating interface is constantly updated and in contact with the
dryer body and blades, and is fully Heating makes the surface
moisture contained in the material evaporate. At the same time, the
material forms a spiral trajectory with the rotation of the blade
shaft and is transported toward the discharge port. The material
continues to be stirred during transportation, so that the water
seeping out of the sludge continues to evaporate. Finally, the
uniformly dried and qualified products are discharged from the
discharge port.
