Q1.  Early wear?

Reasons: too high cutting speed, unsuitable tool material, too many cutting times, small final finishing depth, insufficient coolant

Solution: reduce the cutting speed, change a better tool, reduce the cutting times, finish the cutting depth above 0.05mm, and use the coolant containing lubricant

 

Q2.  Uneven wear of left and right blades

Reason:Unreasonable leading angle,Perform single edge cutting,Asymmetrical left and right thread half angle
