Professional design Sludge Dewatering water oil screw press from China developed by HOLLY utilizes the dewatering principles of force-water homo-direction, thin-layer dewatering, proper pressure and extension of the sludge dewatering path. The new equipment,more advanced than the traditional dewatering equipment which are easily blocked, unsuitable for low-concentrated sludge and oily sludge, of high consumption and difficult to operate, well eliminate these problems and are of higher efficiency and power saving.

 

Structure and Working Principle

There is a back pressure plate at the sludge outlet to adjust the pressure in the spiral cavity. The spiral sludge dewatering machine completes the thickening and squeezing and dewatering of the sludge in one cylinder, replacing the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration method with a unique and subtle filter body mode.

 

The core part of the screw sludge dewatering machine is one or several groups of filter units composed of a screw drive shaft, multiple fixed laminations and multiple floating laminations. Each filter unit is divided into two parts: concentration section and dehydration section. From the sewage inlet of the concentration section to the mud cake outlet of the dewatering section, the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decreases, and the gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring gradually changes. small.

Working Process

1. Thickening: When the screw drive shaft rotates, the multiple solid and active laminations arranged on the periphery of the drive shaft move relative to each other. Under the action of gravity, water is filtered out of the relatively moving lamination gap to achieve rapid concentration.

 

2. Dewatering: The concentrated sludge moves forward with the rotation of the screw shaft; along the direction of the mud cake outlet, the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decreases, and the gap between the rings gradually decreases, and the volume of the spiral cavity Constantly shrinking; under the action of the back pressure plate at the outlet, the internal pressure gradually increases. Under the continuous continuous operation of the screw drive shaft, the water in the sludge is squeezed and discharged, and the solid content of the filter cake continues to increase, finally achieving sludge Continuous dehydration.

 

3. Self-cleaning: The rotation of the screw shaft pushes the moving ring to continuously rotate.
