Mini STP Plant For Sago Starch Processing

Equipment Structure

1. High efficiency biochemistry treating field: Apply new type of filler, with large specific surface area, strong adhesive attraction and well attack resistance ability.

2.Settling pond: Apply inclind tube settling with high efficiency, small volume of settling pond.

3. Filtering pond: Apply light filter material, water power for backwashing, so there is no need of backwashing pump, and it saves electricity.

4. Contact sterilized pond: Mixing thimerosal and wastewater to ensure the out water index.

5. All of the system applies integrated treatment as equipment nucleus, assisted pump, blower and thimerosal dosing equipment.

Mbbr Wastewater Treatment Plant

Product Description

Biocell integrated wastewater treatment plant is based on MBBR technology using bio media.

The basic principal of MBBR process is the growth of biomass on plastic supports that move in the biological reactor via agitation generated by aeration systems (aerobic reactor) or by mechanical systems (in anoxic or anaerobic reactor). The supports are made from HDPE plastic with a density close to 1 g/cm3, letting them move easily in the reactor even when the capacity reaches 70%.

1. Preliminary clarification and sludge storage.

2. Biological purification through bio media stage.

3. Second clarification.

4. Final filter and Disinfection (optional).

 

Applications
MBBR media can be used in both aerobic process and anaerobic process.
MBBR is a cost-effective solution for existing activated sludge plants that need more advanced treatment. Because little or no additional tankage is required, it is an ideal solution for plants with limited space for expansion. It is also an excellent choice for space efficient, high performance new plant designs.
