Introduction of Red Clay Brick Making Machine:

The red brick machine, also known as the vacuum extruder, adopts the principle of single-machine extrusion. It uses an electric motor to drive the upper-level agitation and the lower-level extrusion part simultaneously through the axial pneumatic clutch and the reducer. The whole machine is an all-steel structure, and the machine body is all welded by steel plates. It is a single-shaft, single-cylinder, and single-spiral coaxial sealing mechanism. The reducers are all hardened gears. The reamer adopts wear-resistant material spray welding technology, which is convenient for maintenance and durable. It is suitable for the production of hollow bricks from shale, coal gangue, high-volume fly ash, and low-plasticity raw materials.
