Principle and advantages of the sterilizer

Under the status of continuous flow, the materials pass through telescoping or plate type heat exchanger and are heated to the required sterilizing temperature (for example: 137~140°C or 85~121°C)and kept for a certain period (4~5S or 15~22S), so as to reduce microbes or reach the commercial aseptic level. The whole sterilization process is instantly completed under high temperature, which can thoroughly kiss microbes and spores that may cause corrosion and deterioration of materials. Meanwhile, the original flavor and nutritious contents of food are mostly preserved. This strict processing technology and accurate disposing methods of the equipment have effectively avoided secondary contamination of food and greatly prolonged shelf life of products. The telescoping whole set sterilizing system and plate type whole set sterilizing system are used for continuous sterilizing process of fruit and vegetable pulp, raw juice, condensed juice, milk, fruit juice beverage or other similar products.

Applicable to heating, sterilization, heat preservation and cooling etc. technological requirements of milk, plant protein beverage, ice cream, fruit juice beverage and alcohol etc. heat sensitive materials.
