Automatic UHT Pipe Sterilizer
Milk, various color milk, vegetable beverage, coffee mate, thin cream, soy milk, lactobacillus beverage, fruit juice and ketchup.
Main technical features:
1. Human-machine communication in real sense and automatic control system. Operator can operate the machine after simple training;
2. It is provided with automatic alarming and malfunction handling system, which can effectively avoid the output of unqualified products;
3. It is provided with CIP system, which can realize automatic cleaning at any time, without depending on the starting of CIP system of general circuit of the workshop;
4. It is provided with communication interface with aseptic packing machine to realize communication and linkage with aseptic packing machine and guarantee the reliability of product output;
5. All the control components are imported internationally famous brand products, with reliable and guaranteed control precision and quality;
6. Simple and convenient maintenance. During the maintenance, only O ring requires replacement, without the need of any other heavy tools.
