Powerful Biomarkers For Accurate Cervical Cancer Screening Keypath
Ki-67 IHC Immunoassay Staining Kit
Intended Use
Keypath Ki-67 Immunoassay Antibody(IHC) is used for
immunohistochemical staining based on routine staining
(e.g. HE staining) to provide doctors with auxiliary information
for diagnosis.
Principle
Based on the principle of specific binding of immunological antigen
and antibody, the complex is formed through the antibody
recombining with the enzyme labeled chromogenic system, and the
enzyme substrate (chromogenic agent) is added to make it
chromogenic to locate and characterize the tested antigen. For the
positive photos, it is recommended to use formalin to fix the
paraffin embedded tonsil tissue section, and the cell staining is
located as the nucleus.
Ki-67 protein is a nuclear protein, which is expressed in cell
active phase (G1, s, G2 and M phase), but not in quiescent phase
(G0); Ki-67 plays an important role in maintaining cell
proliferation. Its marker index is related to the process of
disease and has prognostic and predictive value.
Main Component
Ki-67 Mouse/ Rabbit monoclonal antibody, Buffer (containing
Protective protein and Reservative).
