Easily Decomposed Prepackaged Magnesium Anode For Corrosion Protection
Introduction:
Make the construction of customers more convenient and meet
customer needs. Set of magnesium alloy anodes, consisting of 1
sacrificial anode, a VV1*10mm2 cable of several meters, several
kilograms of packing material, 1 cotton pocket, and 1 plastic woven
bag.
The bare anode is first connected to the cable, the connection part
is sealed with epoxy resin, and then filled with filler and
packaged in a cotton bag.

Assembly configuration:
1. One sacrificial anode of any type.
2. One cable conductor: welded on the sacrificial anode according to the length and specification required by the customer, and sealed with epoxy resin and dibutyl ester with glass wire or polyvinyl chloride heat shrinkable sleeve according to the proportion.
3. A pack of special fillers.
4. A set of aluminothermic flux.
5. One anode cloth bag.
Application:
Magnesium alloy sacrificial anode is suitable for anti-corrosion protection of oil, gas, water supply and drainage pipelines, underground cables, chemicals, communications, harbors, ships, reservoir gates and other projects in underground and fresh water. Magnesium alloy anodes are produced with high-quality raw materials. The anode potential is negative and the amount of electricity generated per unit mass is large. It is an ideal sacrificial anode material. It is suitable for cathodic protection of metal structures in media such as soil, fresh water and sea water, such as oil and gas pipelines, storage tanks, hot water exchangers, condensers, etc.
