GB/T17731-2009 Prepackaged Magnesium Anode Apply To Corrosion Protection For Buried Pipeline
Introduction:
The magnesium alloy sacrificial anode set assembly is a new concept anode product supplemented by set accessories on the basis of the previous single magnesium alloy sacrificial anode in order to meet the construction requirements of high rhythm and efficiency of engineering construction. Make the construction of customers more convenient, save time, and better meet customer needs.
Composition:
A complete set of magnesium sacrificial anode, consisting of 1 magnesium sacrificial anode ingot, a VV-10mm2 cable 3 meters, a packing material of 50kg, a cotton pocket, and a plastic woven bag. That is, there is 1 magnesium sacrificial anode ingot in the cotton pocket, and 1 VV-10mm2 cable 3 meters is welded on the iron core. The welding place is insulated and covered with heat-shrinkable tube. 50kg of the packing material is evenly distributed around the magnesium sacrificial anode ingot. 1 plastic woven bag for cotton pocket jacket.

The role of magnesium anode filler:
It can improve the environment around the anode to ensure stable
and good current efficiency; reduce the anode grounding resistance
and increase the anode output current; the anode corrosion products
dissolve evenly and reduce the anode polarization rate; absorb the
surrounding soil moisture and keep the anode around the anode for a
long time; improve the current efficiency, prolong the life of the
anode.
The quality index of the magnesium alloy sacrificial anode is:
1. Cable connection resistance: less than 0.001Ohm
2. Cable connection strength: more than 5 times the weight of the
assembled anode.
