Structure Composition
This product consists of a swab and a tube containing a
preservation solution. Non-sterile. The material of the sampling
pipe body is PP, the material of the cap is PE, the material of the
swab rod is ABS, and the material of the swab head is nylon wool
Sampling Tube
- The sampling tube body is transparent, the surface is smooth and
clean, and the sticker is clear and complete.
- The tube body has no stains, no obvious scratches, cracks, uniform
thickness of the tube wall, no obvious bending and deformation; The
cap matches well with the tube body, and the screw is close,
without the phenomenon of crooked cap
Preservation Solution
- Liquid should be odorless, tasteless, no visible particles or
impurities, no turbidity, foam or bubbles in the process of
transportation and use is a normal phenomenon

Sampling Swab
- The sampling swab should be clean, odorless and tasteless, the
sampling hair should be soft, and the surface should be free of
yellow spots, impurities and hair loss
- When the moving rate of the clamp of the breaking force and
connection firmness tester is 200mm/min, the pulling force of the
sampling swab head and one end of the connecting rod should not be
less than 2N
- When the test span is 6cm (the span should avoid the breaking
point), the plastic rod should be able to withstand the axial
static pressure of 5N and last for 15s without permanent
deformation or breaking
- The head of the sampling swab should be fixed with 90° vertical
downward pressure. The breaking force at the breaking point of the
sampling swab should be no less than 2N.
- When the tube body with preservation solution is matched with the
cap, the tube body and the cap do not break, and the preservation
solution should have no leakage.
- Product identification shall be clear, intact, neat and free from
damage

Usage Method
- Before sampling, clean hands, tear off the outer package of
sampling swab, remove the swab, and be careful not to touch the
swab head.
- According to different sampling requirements, use a swab to sample
the corresponding parts.
- Immediately after sampling, place the swab in the collection tube
with preservation solution to avoid contact with other parts.
- Break the swab, discard the tail, tighten the cap and complete the
sampling.
- After sampling, the virus sampling tube will be placed and stored,
and transported to the testing department for testing within 1
week.
Matters Needing Attention
- Verify that the outer package of the product is in good condition.
Check the storage tube to confirm that there is no leakage.
- This product is for one-time use, no second use is allowed.
- The sampling process should be considered as a potential risk of
infection, and the operation and handling should comply with the
relevant regulations.
- After use, the product should be disposed of according to the
relevant regulations of medical waste.
Important
- Ensure that the top of the sampling swab does not touch any surface
prior to sampling.
- At the risk of choking, caution should be exercised when sampling
swabs are inserted into the mouth.
- After the collection of pathogenic bacteria samples, one-time
sampling swabs should be completely inserted into the preservation
solution to maximize the retention of pathogenic bacteria.
- After use, the storage tube and swab should be disposed of in
accordance with the relevant medical waste treatment methods
