established since 1983, we welcome all customers' visiting to our
factory. Those who have plans visiting China and land at Shanghai
can have a small trip to our factory in few hours since Suzhou is
really close to Shanghai. No extra fees except train tickets will
be charged.
Q:What if I find out that delivered goods don't match my
expectation?
A: First of all, as an experienced manufacturer since 1983, we
barely receive any complains from customers. Nevertheless, assuming
if any customer is unsatisfied with delivered goods, we will try to
contact to our customers ASAP for few confirmations such as
identification of information given by customers, no damage done to
