Rigid FR4 multilayer printed circuit board
We can do max 32layer boards, but if board layer is 20L or more than 20L, we will need to review it at first.
The max panel size we can do is 740* 500 MM, but if the panel size is bigger than 600mm, we will need to review it at first. And the minimum panel size we can do is 5*5mm.
PCB materials include PI +FR4,FR4, Rogers, high TG material,
anti-CAF material and so on.
The PCB thickness capability is from 0.2mm to 4.0mm(if board
thickness ≤ 0.6mm, it will do not apply for HASL surface treatment) . And if
the board thickness less than 0.2mm, or bigger than 4mm, it
will need to be reviewed at first.
The copper thickness of inner and outer base copper is minimum 0.3/0.5oz, max 3oz.
The smallest hole size is 0.15mm, if the hole size is smaller than 0.15mm, we will need to review it at first.
The standard solder mask thickness is 15-20um.
The colors of solder mask include green,matt green,blue,matt blue,black,matt black,yellow,red,white, and so on.
The colors of silkscreen include white, black and as customer
request.
