Zamac bottle cap production process
Unlike plastic caps, which are produced by fully automatic machines through injection molds, Zamac caps are produced with a large portion of manual processing. Main process: die-casting mold - ordinary Zamac bottle cap - dismantling the cap seat - manual polishing surface - electroplating - assembly. For the high-end market, manual processing will take longer to keep each side smooth. An easy way to judge the quality of Zamac bottle caps is to check the cleanliness of the surface and the thickness of the plating film.
