High Quality Automatic Carbonated Beverage Cold Soft Drink Filling Packing Machine Production Line

The machine combines washing, filling and capping three function in a body,used to produce plastic bottled carbonated soft drink,sparkling water and soda water machinery. The whole process is automatic, Filling way using the gravity or micro pressure filling, make the speed is faster and more stable, so with the same model our machine output is higher and more efficient. The DCGF series bottled juice filling line can achieve different output: 2000 / 4000 / 6000 / 8000 / 10000 / 12000 / 16000 /18000 /20000 / 24000 BPH.

Water treatment system

1-RO water filter system can treat tap water, well water, brackish water and sea water. This water filter can be used for drinking water, bottled water and industrial.

Carbon dioxide mixer

1-The process is as follows: syrup and purified water are mixed in a mixing tank through a proportioner in proportion, and are fed into the carbonation tank by a pump.

2-A coil is installed in the carbonation tank. A refrigerant is passed through the tank to cool the mixed materials. Incorporate enough carbon dioxide.

3-In order to ensure sufficient contact time between carbon dioxide and the treated water, the carbon dioxide is charged from the time it enters the carbonation tank. The carbonated material enters the filling machine and then fills the container.

Bottle washing filling and capping machine

1-The series equipment is used to fill all kinds of carbonated drinks contained in PET bottle.It realize washing,filling and capping in one machine with complete automation, and is suitable for all kinds of bottles.

2-The bottleneck blocking makes the process of changing bottles easy by only adjusting the height of conveyor chain,The filing process adopts the micro-pressure technology.which makes filling process fasterand more stable.

Bottle warming tunnel

1-It can be designed and made to the sterilization conditions and production provided by the customer.

2-Continuous spraying sterilizer is designed and made on the basis of absorbing and digesting abroad machine.

Carton packaging machine

2-The box blank rack of the box forming device is above, the filling device is directly below the box forming device, the alignment device is in front of the filling device, and the box sealing device is behind the filling device.
