Introduction
Spiral chute is one of the gravity concentrators, which separate minerals of different specific gravity according to their relative movement in response to gravity, centrifugal force and other forces in the fluid medium. Working principle
The spiral chute is composed of six parts of the feeder, ore
trough, spiral groove, product intercepting groove, ore bucket and
trough bracket.The spiral piece is made of fiberglass (glass fiber
reinforced plastic) and is bolted together. Glass fiber reinforced
plastic spiral piece light and strong. The spiral chute separation
face has a layer of wear-resistant layer, durable. The first end of
the groove is provided with a multi tube-type feeding separator,
which is homogeneous and easy to control. The evenly divided pulp
is slowly given to the spiral groove by giving the ore trough..The
tail end of the spiral groove is equipped with a valve block

into several products according to the grade.
