Product description and application
A power cable is a component of one or more electrical conductors,
usually fixed together with the entire sheath. This component is
used to transmit power. Power cables can be installed in buildings
as permanent wiring, buried in the ground, walking overhead or
bare.
Used for transmission and distribution in 0.6/1kV to 8.7/15kV
transmission and distribution systems. It is usually used in
electric power, construction, mining, metallurgy, petrochemical
industry and communications and other fields.

Application:
This product is suitable for power transmission and distribution
with AC rated voltage 0.6/1kv and working frequency 50Hz.
Low-voltage power cables are used for power transmission and
distribution in 1kV power transmission and distribution systems. It
is widely used in electric power, mining, construction, metallurgy,
petrochemical and communication fields, and completely replaces
oil-immersed paper-insulated power cables.
XLPE insulated power cables XLPE insulated power cables have more
advantages than paper insulated cables and PVC insulated cables.
The cross-linked polyethylene cable has high electrical strength,
mechanical strength, high aging resistance, chemical corrosion
resistance, environmental stress, simple structure, convenient use,
and can be used at high temperatures for a long time. It can be
placed without a drop limit.
Advantages of XLPE cable: XLPE cable has a higher long-term working
temperature and larger rated current, and under the same
environment, the size (normal cross section) of XLPE cable may be 1
or 2 smaller than that of PVC cable. These not only improve the
quality and performance of the product, but also reduce the

Operating characteristics
1) Working temperature
The maximum allowable continuous working temperature of the
conductor shall not exceed 90℃
2) Conductor short-circuit temperature
Must not exceed 250 ℃. (The longest duration is 5 seconds)
3) Bending radius:
Bending radius of single-core cable: 20D Bending radius of
multi-core cable: 15D
D = actual total diameter of the cable (mm)
4) Installation temperature:
The minimum installation temperature is 0°C.
