The bottle beverage filling machine is a plastic bottle or glass bottle beverage filling machine, an automatic filling and capping machine, which is a multi-functional beverage filling machine. It can be used for filling carbonated drinks, soda water, salt soda and other steamy drinks. It can also be used for filling juice drinks, purified water and other non steamy drinks. According to the filling principle, beverage filling machine can be divided into normal pressure filling machine, pressure filling machine and vacuum filling machine;

Atmospheric pressure filling machine is under atmospheric pressure by the weight of liquid filling. This kind of filling machine can be divided into timing filling and constant volume filling, which is only suitable for filling low viscosity liquids without gas, such as milk, wine, purified water, juice drinks, etc.

The pressure filling machine can be divided into two types: one is that the pressure in the liquid storage tank is equal to that in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by its own weight, which is called equal pressure filling; the other is that the pressure in the liquid storage tank is higher than that in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by the pressure difference. This method is often used in high-speed production lines. Pressure filling machine is suitable for filling liquid containing gas, such as beer, soda, champagne, carbonated drinks, soda water, etc.

It mainly used for producing Carbonated beverage; since carbon dioxide gases(CO2) are pressurized to mix with liquids , the pressure throughout the filling system is typically 0.3 Mpa-0.6Mpa. and because CO2 is more stable at low temperatures, low temperatures increase the solubility of CO2 in water. To increase the amount of carbon dioxide dissolved in water, the beverage is usually mixed and filled at 0-5℃;and there are many other factors affecting CO2 content in carbonated beverages.
