Wire darwing machine is used to draw the wire to the fine dia we need.
Our pulley continuous wire drawing machine is made up of 6/7 parallel pots.
Each pot has own transducer motor (frequency adjustable motor).

The pulley wire drawing machine consists of main gear box, mould
case, guiding wheel frame and electrical inverter control system.
Application: The product is applied to the manufacturing of
standard parts, lead, wire rope, spring etc.
Advantages: The machine has complete electrical system, perfect
protection system and water seal cooling system, featured by easy
combination, high productivity and convenient operation and
management. The contactor is from French Schneider. Each pot has an
independent inverter to adjust the speed. According to the wire
diameters, customers customize the number of machines.
