The working process of TOPTION climbing film evaporator which is also named as rising film evaporator, with UL ISO
certification, meet GMP standard, with explosion proof system, and
high precision gear pump for 24h/7days continuously working.
1. The heating evaporation chamber of the rising film evaporator is
essentially a shell-and-tube heat exchanger with a large number of
tubes inside, which are scientifically and tightly distributed in a
large straight tube, and a larger straight tube is sheathed
outside this large straight tube as the heat transfer medium
jacket. After the extract solution enters the heating
evaporation chamber, it is heated and vacuum sucked to quickly
evaporate and form a film. The extract solution rises along the
inner wall of the tube while evaporating, and then enters the
separation chamber. The gas in the separation chamber rises and the
liquid falls, while the liquid continues to evaporate.
2. There is a thick stainless steel packing on the top of the
separation chamber, which can trap the liquid droplets in the
airflow and reduce the loss of extract oil and alcohol.
3. After the concentrated solution at the bottom of the separation
chamber has accumulated to a certain amount, the reflux pump can be
turned on to let the concentrated solution continue to circulate
and evaporate. When the fluidity and color of the concentrated
solution meet the requirements through the glass rotor flowmeter,
the solution can be pumped out.
4. The main and auxiliary two plate heat exchangers are respectively
connected to the two chillers of the main and auxiliary. The main
chiller is a 5°C~35°C chiller, and the auxiliary chiller is an
external circulation chiller with -25~RT. This stepped condensation
method can significantly increase the alcohol collection rate,
reduce alcohol waste, and will not increase too much cost.
