The performance of a VAWT is primarily determined by its airfoils and blades, which generate lift and drag, using the kinetic energy of the wind to generate torque on the turbine shaft. Airfoil design and selection is an important task that depends on three main topics: wind flow conditions, airfoil shape, and modeling. Darrieus VAWT blade designs are based on lift aerodynamic forces, typically using the commercial NACA0018 airfoil, whose performance varies with wind speed.
In addition, different geometrical factors related to power coefficient (Cp) and VAWT turbine design are presented. These parameters depend on the wind characteristics in the area where the fan is installed, so their analysis is critical for determining VAV fan performance. The three-dimensional analysis performed allowed an accurate VAWT size distribution, correlating literature wind speeds (4 to 7 m/s) with the Chicamocha canyon area. Finally, the different effects of VAWT turbine blade designs are analyzed by characterizing Savonius rotors, Troposkien designs, straight blades, and helical blades, observing the advantages and disadvantages of each type under the conditions in the region.

--A:Normally,it will be better within 10 meters from wind turbine
to controller,and controller to batteries.The distance between
batteries and inverter is within 20-50 meters.
3.Q:For horizontal wind turbines vs vertical wind turbines,which
kind of efficiency is better?
--A:For same watts and same wind speed,the output of horizontal
wind turbines is more efficient than that of vertical wind
turbines.But if the wind speed is very slowly,we suggest you to use
our vertical SS type.If the wind speed is over 8 m/s,our wind
turbine are also with around 80-90% efficiency.The popular points
