The Single Lane Spiral Conveyor consists of 4 standard Models and Types that can be customized and modified in the field to accommodate emerging needs and requirements. Every model and type includes a guiding system including precision low friction bearings. The slats run free from supports so there’s only rolling friction. No lubrication is needed that results in a low noise level and clean transport. All of this makes it possible to design the Spiral Conveyor with only one motor. This saves a lot of energy and low maintenance is required.
Multiple applications
Spiral Conveyor Machine have wide application range,could lifting up or lift down according to the conveyor chains surface. It can effectively avoid leading to products dumping and damage, when running in too large angle, and realize the demand of continuous safety lift up or Lift down products, and the equipment control is simple.
