Calcium Lignosulphonate

 

Calcium lignosulfonate and sodium lignosulfonate superplasticizer are surfactants, which are added to concrete and directionally adsorbed on the surface of cement particles by dry hydrophobic groups, so that the cement has a negative charge. Cement particles with the same charge repel and disperse each other under the action of charge repulsion, and the flocculent structure formed in the initial stage of cement adding water becomes a dispersive structure, and the free water in the coagulated body is released, so as to achieve the purpose of water reducing agent. The results showed that after lignin was added to concrete, more than 80% of the water reducing agent was adsorbed for 5 minutes, and the hydration point center clearly visible under the electron microscope increased significantly, the distribution of hydration compounds was uniform, and the hydrated crystal fibers were longer.

 

It can be seen that the addition of calcium lignosulfonate, free water evaporation left less pores, the internal structure is dense, that is to say, the reduction of porosity is obviously beneficial to improve the strength of dry concrete, improve the size of the cement pore structure and its distribution, so that the crystal growth rate is delayed, the crystal growth is more adequate, so that more fibrous crystals interpenetrate each other. The formation of a strong network structure, so that the strength of concrete significantly improved.
