The following situations are exempted from our warranty scope while paid service is available

The gear reducer is not used based on given conditions.
Foreign objects enter into the gear reducer.
The specification of the lubrication and supporting material used does not meet with given conditions.
Disassemble or reassemble the gear reducer without authorization.
