Before the weaving process, we must first select a reasonable
welding smooth, in order to reduce the welding deformation, so the
welding sequence can be determined according to the length of the
welding torch travel path. For the space transition of the welding
gun, the most basic requirement is that the moving track is short,
smooth and safe. On this basis, the welding parameters are
optimized. In order to obtain the best welding parameters, the

the working test piece.
Secondly, considering the position of the positioner, the attitude
of the welding gun, the position of the welding gun relative to the

adjust the positioner during programming so that the welded welds
reach the horizontal position one by one in the welding sequence.
At the same time, it is necessary to constantly adjust the position
of each axis of the robot to reasonably determine the position,
angle and extension length of the welding gun relative to the
joint.
After completing a certain length of welding procedure, the
cleaning procedure should be inserted in time to prevent the
welding spatter from clogging the welding nozzle and the contact
tip, which helps to ensure the cleaning of the welding torch and
improve the life of the nozzle. In short, the running program of
the welding robot should be continuously checked, modified and
adjusted during the robot welding process.
