This product has excellent movement ability and high accruacy and efficiency and is easy to operate. Welding robot manipulator is a multifunctional welding and cutting equipment independently developed by our company.
1. It adopts demonstration programming mode. It can walk once in line with the welding track as long as by manual operation and the system can record the welding track automatically, which can enormously save the time of programming and it's easy to learn.
2. Control system adopts the DSP and EPGA technology to achieve 6 - axis linkage and has high stability when operating in high - speed.
3. Actuator adopts AC Servo Motor to achieve the aim of high-accuracy, high - speed operation and high stability.
4. Transmission part adopts precise ball screw to improve the repeated positioning accuracy and service life.
5. Guide rail adopts the highly assembled linear guide rail to improve the repeated positioning accuracy and service life and decline the machine noise.
6. The installation mode adopts floor mode to greatly improve the flexibility of machine.
7. Machinery operation is easy to handle and has high stability, which just needs general worker instead of professional welder to operate.
